About the Venue:

Check in for the hotel is 3pm.
The hotel will try and accommodate an early check in if available.
 
Check in for the event is 12:00pm. The event starts at 1:00pm.
Lunch will NOT be served; however, we will have snacks.
 
Parking at the venue is FREE.
 
The Dress Code is business casual.
 

REMINDERS

There is no booth, tabletop or expo. Most likely you will NOT need to ship anything, however, if you do, please contact gina@mind-fluence.com.
 
For your 1:1 meetings, it may be a nice gesture to offer Yeti cup or similar, however, not mandatory at all. Your discretion.
 
Accommodations, activities, food and drink are all included for (2) Reps with your Partnership.
 
We appreciate your Partnership!
 
Mindfluence will handle all accommodation bookings and will send out confirmation numbers in October.
