Please note for the Moderator, Mindfluence will coordinate an Introduction call with the Panelists and the Moderator.
Parking is Complimentary at the Silverado Resort & Spa.
Check in for the event is Thursday, October 27th from 11:30am-12:45pm.
The event kicks off promptly at 1:00pm. The event will end at 4:30pm on Friday, October 28th.
Reminder all meals/drinks/accommodations are included for TWO representatives with your Sponsorship.

For your 1:1 meetings: This will be finalized once all Delegates are confirmed. Then you will receive your personalized schedule.
Shipping: Should you need to ship, send to the Silverado Resort & Spa in care of Kyle Soraghan/Mindfluence Event. Reminder, you will NOT have a booth, so it’s not necessary to send a bunch of chotchskies. We would recommend bringing something small for your (6) 1:1 meetings.
Signage: Mindfluence will have signage with Your Logo for your 1:1 meetings
