The Brunch Club

Code of Conduct (CoC)

Last Update: March 10, 2025

“The Brunch Club” is an informal casual monthly meetup that seeks to create an open and respectful environment for discussing the shared experiences of women in the Cybersecurity and Tech industries. The goal of “The Brunch Club” is to ensure that the unique challenges and obstacles that women are forced to overcome as statistically underrepresented members of the workforce can be freely acknowledged and that supportive networks can be fostered, in a cozy and casual brunch setting. While all are welcome to attend, every attendee, by their RSVP, acknowledges their commitment to the discussion of these topics, their desire to see obstacles that unfairly disadvantage women in these industries be broken down, and most of all their agreement to not belittle, deny, or denigrate the experiences of being a woman in tech that are shared during the brunch.

Therefore, the following policies will be maintained at every meeting of “The Brunch Club”. As the organizers of the events, Alyssa Miller and Gina Gianikos will be solely responsible for the application of these policies.
